[About shipping]

■Shipping fee
Purchases over 7500 yen: Free shipping nationwide
Purchases under 7,500 yen: Okinawa and Hokkaido → 1,150 yen
Other prefectures → 800 yen
*If the total amount after applying the coupon is less than 7,500 yen, shipping charges will apply.

 

■Delivery period
Delivery will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks after payment.
The above time is required as the product will be sourced from overseas, inspected, and shipped.

*The number of days is based on business days. Orders and shipments are not accepted on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or during the New Year holidays.
・We have a warehouse overseas and will order your item as soon as we receive your order and payment.
Please note that after you place an order, your order may be cancelled if the product is out of stock.


■ Regarding delivery specifications
Please note that since the product is shipped directly from overseas, it is not possible to specify the delivery date, time zone, or delivery location on the system.
If you are not at home, please request redelivery yourself using the parcel delivery service's absence notification.


■ Precautions when customers are not present
If the item is returned to our overseas warehouse due to an extended absence, the amount will be refunded minus the return shipping fee of 2,500 yen. Thank you for your understanding.
If the shipping address is incorrect, the item will be returned due to an unknown address. Please be careful not to make any mistakes when entering the address.


■ About packaging and wrapping
・We aim to offer our products at the lowest possible price, so they will be shipped in simple packaging.
・We do not offer gift wrapping.
・The product, box, instructions, etc. will be written in a foreign language.

■Since this is an overseas product, the stitching may be poor.
There may be fraying, missing tags, or poorly attached beads and buttons.
Because these are overseas products, the tags may be written in a foreign language, and some products may be new but do not have tags or tags with washing instructions.
Also, unlike Japanese products, there may be minor changes in specifications (such as changes in button design or stitch color) and variations in quality.
Some bottoms, including jeans and denim, may not have buttonholes.

[About cancellations]

We do not accept any cancellations or changes to color or size after a product has been ordered, as this is difficult to do due to system limitations.

[About returns]

If the supplier has the item in stock, we will exchange it for you.
If the item is out of stock, we will provide a refund.

■ When returns are possible
If the delivered product is defective

・If you receive a product that is clearly different from what you ordered
・If you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product under the above circumstances
・If you return the item to us within one week of deciding to return the item

■ Cases where returns are not possible
・Returns due to customer's convenience (color, size, different from what you expected, etc.)
・If the delivery slip or packaging bags have been disposed of
- Products that have been received more than 4 days ago
・Items that have been used, altered, washed or dry cleaned
・Products that have become smelly, dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession
